Use Recon before implementation when the task needs a readiness check, repository discovery, and a clear handoff.
How it works
Triage checks whether the task is actionable. Ready tasks continue into discovery, where claims are tied to code and the work is routed into a plain brief or an opted-in governance system. The workflow stops at a human approval gate.

Recon prepares the work; it does not implement the change. Its optional store adapter saves an already-rendered dossier. This does not mean every Recon entry point reads a stored task packet.
Setup & first use
Install the native plugin for your agent client, then follow the repository’s triage entry point. Repository and Jira access are prerequisites.
